At iscooterglobal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electric scooter purchase. If you are not happy with your ride, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Scooter
Securely pack the scooter in its original box, ensuring all accessories, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
